Robinsons Malls pays tribute this March to women from all walks of life with a short yet powerful message to “Celebrate Her”.
The Robinsons Malls’ Great 3.3. Sale will kick off the month-long celebration. Shoppers can get as much as 70 percent off on various items mall-wide.
Throughout the rest of the month, a series of special activities, promotions and deals will be offered by the different Robinsons Malls nationwide for women. Art exhibitions will be staged in various Robinsons Malls as National Arts Month 2022 coincides with Women’s Month. The ARTablado exhibits will showcase the paintings, sculptures, and other art pieces of Filipino artists and craftspeople. The exhibitions will revolve around the theme chosen by the National Commission for Culture and the Arts this year, “Sining ng Pag-asa” (Art of Hope).

In celebrating women, Arlene Magtibay, senior vice president and general Manager of Robinsons Malls, noted there were more opportunities now for young women to reach their goals in whatever field they chose. They were breaking proverbial glass ceilings everywhere, even in sports, technology, government service and the retail industry.
The Switzerland-based World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) ranked the Philippines second in 2021, out of 74 countries, in terms of the number of patents women inventors applied for. Some 38 percent of patent applications in the Philippines came from women inventors.
Magtibay said the Robinsons chain believed that women deserved to be celebrated for what they are. The mall chain wanted women to get the experiences they deserved in its store malls – shopping, dining, or engaging in leisure activities.
