Montclair to complete SCTEX connection by mid-2022

Montclair will strengthen its profile as a destination estate with the completion middle of this year of a bridge that will connect it to the Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway (SCTEX).

A project of Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC), the Montclair Estate will redefine integrated development in Central Luzon.

Aside from the bridge, other infrastructure works are progressing well within the Estate. Roads, ramps, bridges and a toll plaza will soon be operational. All the site development projects, which are expected to be completed in 2023, are designed to make Montclair a Pampanga iconic landmark for integrated experiences.

Strategically located five minutes away from the Clark Freeport Zone, the 216-hectare sustainable development is master-planned to cater to a dynamic mix of locators. It will be anchored by a vibrant commercial area that will be complemented by residential spaces for families to comfortably live and thrive.

The complex will offer spaces for office buildings and logistics facilities for the upwardly mobile to work in; tourism and leisure developments establishments, such as hotels and entertainment facilities for rest and recreation; and common spaces to inspire community bonding.

Environmental sustainability is at the core of the urban planning principles for Montclair’s land development to ensure the resilience and sustainable growth of the communities.

Ma. Socorro Isabelle V. Aragon-GoBio, RLC’s senior vice president and  general manager for integrated developments, said Montclair would showcase Robinsons Land Corporation’s complementary range of real estate developments.  Through Montclair, RLC aimed to provide a vibrant, future-ready, and environmentally sustainable setting for communities to thrive.
