Angeles City is a shopping destination again

Before the United States closed down its military bases in the Philippines, Angeles City was a popular shopping destination.

Hosting the Clark Air Base of the US Air Force, Pinoys flocked to Angeles for American goods not readily available or of limited supply in other retail establishments.

With the opening of Landers Superstore in Angeles, the city can bring back those glory days when shoppers visited to look for quality products at reasonable prices. The fastest-growing membership shopping establishment may no longer  count on the custom of people south of Angeles as much as before, as Landers has opened at least six branches in Metro Manila.

But I am sure the rest of Pampanga and neighboring provinces – even travellers passing through Angeles – welcome the  news of being able to find in one place an extensive array of topnotch imported and local goods, hard-to-find and in-demand products, as well as in-house specialties.

Landers Angeles will offer world-class brands, huge savings and premium perks.

The Farmer’s Market section will have the freshest fruits and produce from community farms in Pampanga and nearby provinces.

The 8th Landers Superstore in the country is located inside the Infinity township. It will be Landers’ flagship store in Central Luzon and is currently its biggest store.

Landers Angeles has a wide parking area and its very own Landers-Caltex gas station right beside the store.

The dining area inside the store serves a mouthwatering selection of New York pizzas, fried chicken, burgers and pastas from its New York-inspired restaurant Landers Central. The in-house coffee shop, Doppio, serves freshly-brewed coffee, milk tea, or blended drinks while the in-house bakery Dough & Co offers freshly baked bread, cookies and pastries. Roast chicken and pork are available at the rotisserie section.

Landers members can avail of exclusive perks in Landers Angeles, including discounted fuel and Solane LPG tank refills at Landers-Caltex gas stations, free haircut or blow-dry at Federal Barbers and discounted medicine and wellness products at Capital Care Pharmacy.

They can look forward to sales and promos such as the annual Landers Super Crazy Sale, Super Fuel Sale, Piso Sale, etc.

To enjoy access to the store and its extensive list of perks, shoppers need to apply for membership in-store or at www.landers.ph. Membership fees are currently priced at P350 (50 percent off), as a special treat for Landers Members.

Landers Angeles is at Magalang Road, Pulung Maragul, Angeles City Pampanga. Visit  @landersPH on Facebook and @landersph on Instagram.
