Free YouTube showing of women’s film 

Kapitana Entertainment Media marks International Women’s Month with its first feature film The Women of T.O.N.T.A. Club to be shown for free on March 18 on its own YouTube channel. 

The 105-minute satire stars Nova Villa, Tetchie Agbayani and Tina Paner as three women who decided to form their own women’s club. T.O.N.T.A. stands for The One N True Alliance. The club aims to undertake civic projects and promote sisterhood. 

But, as with most organizations, not everything goes smoothly and harmoniously among the organizers. The story is loosely based on some real women’s civic groups. 

The movie was written by Rosanna Hwang who is also the producer.
