Biggest Reli Tours branch opens at Robinsons Galleria

Reli Tours & Travel is ready to assist in the processing of Japan and Korea Visa, travel tickets, travel tours and travel insurance.

While we live in a world that is increasingly becoming online, a significant number of consumers still value conducting their important transactions face-to-face, especially with companies that are known for providing exceptional service.  Robinsons Malls understands this need very well as it welcomes the highly trusted travel company Reli Tours and Travel in Robinsons Galleria in Ortigas.

“Being physically present develops trust with our clients, as it allows them to better articulate their needs, expectations and potential challenges. Nothing beats a face-to-face conversation as we could immediately address whatever concerns they might have,”  explained Renato Lirio II,  Operations Manager of Reli Tours and Travel.  His resolve became stronger when the company’s biggest branch to date finally opened its doors to customers at Robinsons Galleria.

Lirio shared that the new Robinsons Galleria branch perfectly fits the Reli Tours and Travel’s corporate brand identity. “I intend to make all our offices to look and feel like this one: more space for our clients as they accomplish their requirements and more seats as they wait for the processing of their papers. We will also put in place a queueing system that will facilitate smoother flow of business activities. We even built a private room for clients who prefer to remain anonymous as they transact their business with us.”

Attracting more foot traffic is a big plus for the branch as Robinsons Galleria is strategically located at the heart of EDSA and Ortigas Avenue and the mall area is a major transport hub. Robinsons Galleria draws people coming from Bulacan, cities of Caloocan, Malabon, Navotas and Valenzuela (Camanava), Quezon City, Rizal, San Juan, Mandaluyong, and Pasig. “These will be the bulk of our clients,” Lirio added.

Being in Ortigas Central Business District, young professionals working in the area who have travel plans in the near future might be enticed to hasten their travel plans with officemates, friends, or their families considering the tempting packages and conveniences that Reli Tours and Travel has to offer. Lirio has also noted Robinsons Malls  Lingkod Pinoy Centers where various government agencies set up their satellite offices is a big come-on to his clients, especially first timers.  Here, clients of Reli Tours and Travel may be able to secure pertinent documents needed for the processing of their Visas and travel requirements.

Should their clients need to prepare for their upcoming travel, all they have to do is visit Robinsons Galleria’s wide array of shops selling travel essentials. The mall also has money exchange facilities and banks that will definitely level up the convenience.  “They only need to step out of our branch and they will be delighted by the diverse options around including restaurants, retail stores and other services”.

He mentioned that while the company also handles European, United States and Asian tours, most of Reli Tours and Travel clients are currently attracted to Japan and Korea packages, obviously because of the popularity of K-Pop and K-dramas and Japan’s rich history and culture, cuisine, animé, and the international attractions.

“We assist our clients every step of the way including the processing of Japan and Korea Visas, securing international and domestic tickets, even Japan Rail (JR) Pass, package tours, and more importantly, travel insurance. We are an accredited partner of the two countries’ embassies. In the case of Japan, the embassy required us to employ Japanese staff to handle the documents of our travelers. They add another layer of security to whatever documents that we handle,” said Lirio.

Reli Tours and Travel is celebrating its 45th year in the business, proving the trust it has established in the travel market.

Reli Tours and Travel Robinsons Galleria is located at the basement level and opens daily from 10 am to 9 pm.
